Steel is certified and inspected on arrival before it enters production.

Forging & machining
Instruments are drop forged, milled and jointed to tolerance.
Step 3
Heat treatment
Hardening, cryogenic treatment and tempering give the right edge and spring.
Step 4
Finishing
Grinding, polishing and passivation for corrosion resistance.
Step 5
Final inspection
Every instrument is checked at every station before packing.
