Sustainability

Sun-powered. Earth-friendly.

Setting a new standard in surgical exports and manufacturing with our commitment to clean, green energy and social responsibility.

From sunlight to the operating room

Every instrument starts with the sun.

200kW

of solar capacity installed at our Sialkot facility, powering the machines that make every instrument.

300MWh

of clean electricity a year from our roof, about 300,000 kWh of Sialkot sunshine turned into power.

50%

of the factory's electricity now comes from our own solar.

125t CO₂

avoided every year compared with the same power from the grid.

How we work

Four commitments, one factory.

Clean energy

Our Sialkot facility is solar powered. Sunlight runs the machines that grind, polish and finish our instruments.

Made to last

Stainless instruments that are reprocessed and sharpened serve a hospital for years. Long life means less waste per procedure.

Less in the bin

Metal offcuts are recycled. Packaging is sized to the instrument and made to protect it, not to fill space.

People first

Skilled craftsmanship is the product. We train our workers, keep the shop floor safe and treat the work as a trade worth learning.
